The pressurized Consistmeter is added with a revolving and concentric cylinder mud cup, there is a settled arm assembly, the whole mud cup can be hold in a kettle in which the shejiyali175MPa and the highest temperature 200°C(each gas drive liquid booster pump produce the pressure of kettle , the liquid system with the oil box and line pipe and valve and filter. The heating use the way of inside heating of fu, the filter is 4000W.The thermocouple decides the temperature of oil-bath and liquid cement.

The programmable temperature controller control the liquid cement heating rate(warming grads) atomically, the pressure set remain itself through controls the high pressure relief valve and gas drive liquid booster pump.  

The mud cup is drive by the magnetometric actuator at 150 +/-15 rpm normal rate turn. The torsion of magnetometric actuator through a astatic magnetometric cover, through which the magnetometric actuator cover is passed to the magnetometric inner shaft of permanent magnet, and then passed to the mud cup. The use of permanent magnet assures the long life and high torque of magnetometric actuator.
